In observance of World AIDS Day, Atlanta's City Hall will be illuminated red for the entire month of December. For the second consecutive year, Atlanta will join over 30 cities around the world to illuminate landmarks red to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS. Free HIV testing is available to the general public from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at City Hall on Thursday, Dec. 1.
