The Atlanta City Council has scheduled a public hearing to discuss the 2011 redistricting of council district boundaries. Residents are invited to weigh in during the next regular meeting of the Committee on Council, which meets on Tuesday, Jan. 3 at 11:15 a.m. at Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue SW. The meeting will be held in Committee Room 2 on the second floor of City Hall. The committee will consider the "Plan 5 map," which may be viewed in the Office of Municipal Clerk at City Hall and on the City Council website at http://citycouncil.atlantaga.gov/REDISTRICTING.htm
