Police are looking for a man they've declared "armed and dangerous" in connection with a shooting and robbery attempt Sunday of a tow truck driver in College Park.
Arthur Burks, 47, is wanted in connection with the armed robbery and aggravated assault of Rashad Bakari Hunter.
Police said Hunter was driving a Moody's Wrecker Service truck Sunday when he was confronted by two masked men in the 220o block of Godby Road.
Hunter fought the men, but fled when he was overpowered. One of the men shot Hunter in the back and hand as he fled, police said.
College Park police Lt. Reed Pollard said police have a warrant for Burks' arrest, and said "he should be considered armed and dangerous."
