Wanna live like a (Braves) hall of famer?
The Gwinnett County home of former Atlanta Braves centerfielder Andruw Jones is still on the market — and, after a recent $250,000 price cut, can be yours for just $3.5 million.
The sprawling estate, nestled on two acres along Duluth's Grey Moss Pass, offers nine bedrooms, 15 bathrooms and a whopping 22,000 square feet. With amenities like an indoor basketball court, a batting cage, a putting green and an indoor hot tub, it's billed as the "biggest, best and most beautiful home in Sugarloaf Country Club."
Other features include an elevator, a sauna, an "indoor resistance pool" and a "double waterfall feature."
Jones was just 16 years old when the Braves signed him out of Curacao and he spent his first 12 major league seasons with the organization, hitting 368 home runs and winning 10 consecutive Gold Gloves before leaving as a free agent after the 2007 season. The Braves appointed him as a special assistant following his retirement earlier this year.
Jones was inducted into the team's hall of fame last month.
