DeKalb County Sheriff Thomas Brown told reporters before Andrea Sneiderman walked out of the DeKalb County jail Aug, 23, 2012, that she was treated like any other inmate and that no special treatment was given to her.

Andrea Sneiderman was indicted Aug 2 on charges she was a co-conspirator with her former boss, Hemy Neuman, who is serving life in prison without parole for the November 2010 fatal shooting of Rusty Sneiderman outside a Dunwoody day-care facility.

Andrea Sneiderman emerged from the jail building just after noon and walked away quickly without making any comments.

Sneiderman was whisked to into a minivan driven by defense attorney Doug Chalmers that was waiting on Camp Road just outside the jail.
