The U.S.  Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Canam Signs and Imaging in Alpharetta with 15 safety and health violations following a January inspection. The company was cited with one willful violation for exposing workers to fire hazards by permitting spray painting to be performed near welding operations.  Another 13 serious violations were listed.

The attorney representing the company, Mark Washak, denied the accusations, calling the citations "ridiculous" and OSHA's performance "forever overreaching."
