After carefully navigating a minefield of cross-examination in which she sought not to harm her ex-husband's case, Leanna Taylor on Tuesday delivered an angry reproach to him just before she left the stand.

“He destroyed my life. I’m humiliated,” said Taylor of her ex-husband Ross Harris. “I may never trust anybody again, the way that I did. If I never see him again after this day, that’s fine.”

Harris is charged with murder in the death of his and Leanna's son, Cooper, who was 22 months old when Harris left him strapped into his car seat inside a hot SUV.

Harris's legal team resumes his defense today. The attorneys in the case typically have not disclosed in advance who will be next on the stand, so it's unclear who will testify next.

Still among the witnesses on tap is David Diamond, a psychologist and memory expert who developed "Forgotten Baby Syndrome," which seeks to explain why otherwise good and loving parents forget their children are in the car. Dozens of kids die in this fashion every year across the country.

Defense attorneys still have not disclosed whether Harris himself will testify.
