Residents in unincorporated parts of Clayton County will soon be able to buy alcohol on Sundays. Voters overwhelmingly approved a measure Tuesday that would allow for the sale of beer and wine between 12:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Sundays. Unofficials results showed 68 percent of the voters said yes to the measure. Six of the county’s seven cities have already approved Sunday alcohol sales. Morrow remains the only city in Clayton that doesn’t allow the sale of alcohol on Sunday.
