State Rep. Valencia Stovall, D-Forest Park, will serve as chair of the Clayton County Legislative Delegation for the 2017-18 term in the Georgia General Assembly. Stovall’s two-year appointment runs concurrent with her service as member of the Georgia House of Representatives.

“As I prepare for my third term as a state representative, I am excited and grateful to have been elected by my colleagues to serve as chair of our county’s delegation,” Rep. Stovall said. “Our county is poised for greatness, and I look forward to serving the residents and businesses of Clayton.”

The delegation will hold public meetings in January to discuss topics of relevance to Clayton residents.
