Former Clayton chaplain in battle with “evil man” Sheriff Victor Hill

He says Sheriff Victor Hill is trying to destroy his life

Rodney Williams began the month of February working as a chaplain for Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill.

But now he’s defending himself against the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office after spending a night in jail last week.

The issue: he called Hill an “evil man” in an email.
