A DeKalb County community event with food, music, games and government information has been rescheduled for Saturday after it was postponed because of rainy whether last weekend.

The DeKalb County Community Education Family Fun Day is free and open to the public, and it includes educational information about several county initiatives such as the fats, oils and grease recycling.

The event will be held from noon to 5 p.m. at Mason Mill Park, 1340 McConnell Drive in Decatur.
