Eighteen Henry County Schools have collectively obtained $30,000 for school-related purchases, thanks to Kroger and the grocery chain’s Earning Plus Learning Program. The schools received awards ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 in the third year of Kroger’s efforts to help elementary and middle schools int he Atlanta area. The goal is to reward schools for their students’ academic achievements, community involvement and extracurricular activities.
