A superior court judge has given the Georgia Attorney General’s Office and the city of Cumming until Aug. 9 to resolve an open meetings dispute or he will hear supplemental evidence in the case. The city presented arguments Thursday claiming it was immune from prosecution by another government under the Sovereign Immunity provision of the state constitution.
