Judge McBurney returns to his courtroom, signs papers from grand jury

Fulton County Judge Robert McBurney has returned to his courtroom, shortly before 9 p.m.

“The convoy is mobile,” McBurney told reporters.

Fulton Sheriff Pat Labat also entered the courtroom.

McBurney then signed the top page of a stack of documents, believed to be the indictment.
