The medical examiner believes that St. Clair died from asphyxiation due to the "wedgie" and from blunt-force trauma to the head.
According to the UrbanDictionary.com, an "atomic wedgie" is a term to describe when a person is wearing "underwear and someone pulls up on the waistband and tries to pull it over the receiver's head."
