After Megyn Kelly pointed out Donald Trump's history of insulting women, Trump said, "There was blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of wherever." Trump later referred to Kelly as a "bimbo," but deleted that Twitter post. He amended the comment to simply call her a "lightweight."

In 2012, Donald Trump called Huffington Post editor Arianna Huffington "unattractive both inside and out." He added, "I fully understand why her former husband left her for a man -- he made a good decision."

During an episode of 2013's "Celebrity Apprentice," former Playboy Playmate Brande Roderick and two others were making their pitches to stay on the program. Contestant and rocker Bret Michaels said Roderick "got down on her knees" and begged. Trump commented, "It must be a pretty picture. You dropping to your knees."

In 2012, Donald Trump wrote on Twitter of singer Bette Midler: "But whenever she sees me, she kisses my (expletive). She's disgusting."

Rosie O'Donnell (left, shown with Barbara Walters) arguably has been insulted by Donald Trump more than anyone else. The two have been sniping at each other for nearly a decade. "Rosie O'Donnell's disgusting, I mean both inside and out. You take a look at her, she's a slob. She talks like a truck driver," Trump said in 2006. ''I'd look her right in that fat, ugly face of hers, I'd say, 'Rosie, you're fired'" from her television show, "The View."

After Donald Trump tweeted disparaging comments about Fox News host Megyn Kelly following Thursday's debate, he learned he was no longer welcome at Atlanta's RedState Gathering. But Kelly isn't the first woman Trump has insulted.
