Hurricane-related power outages plague southeast Georgia

Recovering from Hurricane Matthew: These are the counties most affected by continuing power outages on Saturday afternoon, according to Georgia Power, which also lists the number of customers without power. As of 4 p.m. Saturday, the company said it had a total of 1,841 outages affecting about 240,000 customers. In addition, tens of thousands of other people served by electric membership cooperatives were without power.
