Seventeen Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) students are now career ready, having earned their national certification in welding through Maxwell High School of Technology. Maxwell, the school district’s technical education charter school, was named a certified training center for the National Center of Construction Education and Research (NCCER) this year. Maxwell will recognize its nationally-certified students on Friday, April 19.
