Groundbreaking ceremony set for College Park elementary school

Officials will break ground on Fulton County’s newest elementary school at 10 a.m. Oct. 10. The event will be held at the school’s construction site on Princeton Avenue in College Park. The school site is the home of College Park High School, which opened in 1943. The 126,612-square-foot school will open in August 2014, with up to 850 students.
