The 10-by-10 shipping container looked ordinary. The items inside? Not so much.

Officials in Forsyth County said they intercepted more than $1 million worth of marijuana and THC oil that was in a storage unit, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Kevin Marrero, 35, of Buckhead, allegedly signed for the delivery earlier this week, the news station reported. The unit contained 170 pounds of high-quality marijuana and more than 1,200 THC oil vaporizer cartridges, police said.

Investigators believe Marrero chose the warehouse and office park off McFarland Road in south Forsyth County because it wouldn’t draw much attention to him.

Police said the drugs could have been sold to teenagers, Channel 2 reported.
