A gas leak was reported Monday afternoon near Grady High School, prompting officials to evacuate the building.

The problem has since been fixed and the school’s regular schedule will resume Tuesday, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Crews from the Atlanta Gas Light and the fire department were dispatched Monday afternoon to the school, located on Charles Allen Drive. Classes were dismissed at 3:30 p.m., but officials evacuated anyone remaining inside the school, including teachers and students involved with after-school activities.

No injuries were reported.

After-school activities were cancelled except for football practice, the school system said. Football practice was held at Lakewood stadium.
