Fulton County police have a suspect in a crime, but in a switch, this time the victim got away.

Video footage from the Citgo Gas station at 5275 Old National Hwy, College Park shows someone beating a customer who had just walked out of the store about 6:50 p.m. Sunday.

In the video, one person punches and throws the other to the ground, continuing to punch him, then flees with a bag the victim left the store with. The victim also left the scene without calling police. He was last seen leaving the area wearing a white shirt and jeans. Police say they believe he may have felt he did not have sufficient evidence or information to provide the police.

If anyone has information regarding this incident or the victim depicted in the video, please contact Fulton police.
