Che Corrado Cunningham, 26, of Lake Worth, was arrested Tuesday and charged with video voyeurism, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. He is being held in lieu of $10,000 bond, according to arrest records.

Deputies were called to Florida Atlantic University on Friday after receiving a complaint about a man taking photographs of women by pointing his cellphone underneath bathroom stalls at the school's College of Business building, the Sun-Sentinel reported.

Deputies asked Cunningham to open the photo gallery on his cellphone, which he did,  WTVJ reported. According to an arrest report, deputies saw photographs of women taken from under the stall doors and Cunningham then tried to delete the pictures, the television station reported.

The phone was confiscated by deputies.

Cunningham graduated from Florida Atlantic University in December, university spokeswoman Lisa Metcalf told the Sun-Sentinel. He no longer attends the Boca Raton school and does not work there, Metcalf told the newspaper.

According to Palm Beach County School District spokeswoman Julie Houston-Trieste, Cunningham was fired as an employee Monday, the Sun-Sentinel reported.
