The FBI believes the same man robbed seven businesses in metro Atlanta over a nine-day period in July.

A statement from the FBI’s Atlanta office asked for the public’s help in identifying the man, who targeted discount stores in Rockdale, Fulton and Clayton counties and robbed them at gunpoint.

In each case, the man pulled out a gun and demanded money. Authorities believe he drives a silver Dodge Avenger and a white Honda Accord.

According to the FBI, the man is responsible for robbing:

  • Family Dollar store on Ga. 138 in Conyers on July 20;
  • Dollar General store on Lakewood Avenue in southwest Atlanta on July 21;
  • Family Dollar on Ga. 138 in Riverdale on July 23;
  • Family Dollar on Veterans Memorial Parkway in Mableton on July 24;
  • Dollar General on Ga. 138 in Riverdale on July 26;
  • Family Dollar on Ga. 138 in Jonesboro on July 27;
  • Family Dollar on Tara Boulevard in Jonesboro on July 28.
