Fulton County prosecutors allege Tex McIver is trying to influence the murder case against him from behind bars.

Not so, say his defense lawyers.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution's Craig Schneider has been covering the case from the start and obtained exclusive recordings of the jailhouse phones calls and visits at the center of the dispute.
