A driver of a sedan was killed after crashing into other vehicles Wednesday evening in Johns Creek, authorities said.

Officers said the incident occurred around 8 p.m. at the intersection of McGinnis Ferry Road and River Walk Landing. A sedan appeared to be making a turn onto McGinnis Ferry Road when it collided with two vehicles, according to Johns Creek police spokesman Sgt. Tyler Seymour.

The driver of the sedan was pronounced dead on the scene, while the occupants in the other two vehicles were sent to hospitals with non-life threatening injuries, Seymour said.

Authorities have not released the victims' names.
