21-year-old shot to death in NW Atlanta
A 21-year-old man was shot to death along Sunset Avenue on Saturday night, according to police.

A 21-year-old man was shot and killed Saturday night in northwest Atlanta, according to police.
Responding officers found the man with a gunshot wound in the 530 block of Sunset Avenue around 10:15 p.m., according to a news release. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as Corey Blount Jr., a Hampton man.
Police did not release any other details about the victim or suspect. The investigation is ongoing.
