Fulton County police have identified a man suspected in a 2019 homicide and released his photo in the hopes that the public can help locate him.

William Whatley, 40, has been charged with murder in the case of a killing that took place near Fulton Industrial Boulevard, police said in a Facebook post. Officials warned that Whatley may be difficult to identify because his face is disfigured due to a gunshot wound.
