Moore has been charged with a felony count of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, as well as misdemeanor counts of reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and speeding, online jail records show. He is being held in the Cobb County Adult Detention Center on bond of more than $11,000 and will be transferred to Douglas once those charges are adjudicated, Smyrna police said.

Moore’s prior charges stem from a drive-by shooting incident that took place in August 2020, Channel 2 Action News reported.

The Douglas sheriff’s office said the warrant was taken out by the county’s district attorney and could not be released until it was served. A sheriff’s office spokesperson did not share further details about the shooting. The DA’s Office has not responded to inquiries from The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
