James Maurice Robertson of Snellville also faces an aggravated assault charge in the death of 23-year-old De’Lano Plummer, according to Gwinnett jail records.

Teenage girls found Plummer’s body lying in the middle of the road near the intersection of Hightower Trail and Donald Road about 2:20 p.m. Feb. 4, AJC.com previously reported.

He was shot at least once. Investigators said the shooting is believed to be robbery-related and that Robertson and Plummer likely knew each other.
