A woman being sought in connection to the theft of Halloween decorations in Florida neighborhoods has been arrested, according to Winter Garden police.
Darci Lyn Cortes was booked into jail Thursday night on a number of burglary and theft charges.
Police said Cortes turned herself in and has returned the stolen property.
Surveillance cameras in one subdivision showed a woman stealing decorations from 12 homes.
Residents told WFTV that they lost hundreds of dollars worth of decorations in the thefts, including decorations that used LED lighting and other electronics.
Cortes was being held in the Orange County Jail.
