Toledo police were called around 7:25 a.m. to a home on West Sylvania Avenue after a fight between Destiny Hayes and Shenee Albert turned violent, The Blade reported.

Hayes tried to force her way into Albert's home to see her child after Albert refused to let her visit, according to the newspaper. Albert is the paternal aunt of the child, WTOL reported. She told police she refused to let Hayes see the child because of a dispute between Hayes and the child's father.

The women argued on Albert’s front porch and on the lawn, according to The Blade. Hayes eventually got into her vehicle, parked in Albert’s driveway, and backed up until she hit Albert, the newspaper reported.

Hayes left the house on foot and was arrested a short time later. Charges were not immediately filed.
