A woman was hurt during a shooting at a house party in a northeast Atlanta home that was being used as a short-term rental, according to Channel 2 Action News.

The shooting happened about 12:30 a.m. Sunday at a house in the 500 block of Morgan Street, police told Channel 2.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found a woman that had been shot in the lower back. She was taken to Atlanta Medical Center, where she is stable.

A party was being held at the house at the time of the shooting, according to investigators. Police told Channel 2 the home is an Airbnb and that parties are not permitted there.

Investigators said “several uninvited males” went to the party and were asked to leave.

An argument broke out, and the uninvited men eventually left, Channel 2 reported. However, a short time later, witnesses saw the men outside the home and heard multiple shots, which hit multiple parked cars, the rental home and the woman, police said.

Police said they found about 27 grams of marijuana and a scale inside the rental home. Investigators are trying to identify and locate the men involved in the shooting.
