Instead of talking, she ran.

A witness told police she saw Shockey run through a yard in a residential area and climb over a fence into a swim and tennis club property.

Later, a construction worker in the area attempted to use a nearby porta-potty and found Shockey looking up at him when he lifted the toilet seat, according to the Register Guard.

The construction worker notified police, who approached and arrested Shockey.

Shockey was originally charged with identity theft.
