After Clayton County police found a Stockbridge woman dead from at least one gunshot wound, several persons of interests have been questioned about the murder this week.

Police are investigating leads into 27-year-old Priscilla Colbert’s shooting death that occurred around 8 p.m. Monday, police Sgt. Ashanti Marbury said.

Marbury said police got a call about a shooting in the 100 block of Black Forest Trail in Stockbridge. An officer entered the home through a door that had been cracked open and found the Colbert lying face-down.

“Detectives have identified several ‘persons of interest’ and are conducting interviews to gather information,” Marbury said.

Those names are not being released, Marbury said.

So far, no suspect is in custody.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Clayton County police. Tipsters can also remain anonymous, and be eligible for rewards of up to $2,000, by contacting Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477, texting information to 274637 or visiting crimestoppersatlanta.org.
