Hall cashed the stolen checks at the bank where the victim works.

Police say the bank became suspicious and called the employee.  The employee said he did not know Hall or how she got his checks.

Police arrested Hall Saturday afternoon. They said she was in the drive-thru at another Armstrong bank trying to cash a check for $50. When they arrested her, police said they found more of the victim’s check in her car.

One resident KRMG spoke to says Hall belongs in jail.

"To do that wasn't too smart," the resident said. "You better know where you're going and who works there."

Hall is in the Cherokee County Detention Center facing forgery charges.
