A woman accused of stealing hair extensions was arrested after posting pictures of the items on Facebook.

The incident happened on April 9 at Beauty and Wigs.

According to an arrest affidavit, two women entered the store, spent several minutes at the displays and then grabbed approximately 10 packs of hair extensions each. Police said the women then headed to the exit, where they were confronted by a witness.

The affidavit states the witness was able to get two of the packs, but the women got away with 18 packs of hair extensions. Police said the merchandise was valued at around $540.

The complainant and witness told police the suspects then posted the stolen hair on Facebook for resale.

Porsha Miller was identified as one of the suspects. She was arrested and charged theft of property.
