The 39-year-old victim was taken to South Shore Hospital with serious and life-threatening injuries. Both drivers were also taken to South Shore Hospital.
The driver of the vehicle that hit the man, 51-year-old Thomas Mohan from Weymouth, has been charged with OUI and negligent operation causing bodily injury. During his sobriety test, Mohan is seen falling forward, striking his face on the ground.

“He's going through a very rough time. But that's no excuse for hurting other people at all,” said Claire Mohan, the suspect's mother.
Police say Mohan was under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
