Wanted man found hiding at girlfriend’s Decatur apartment

Rodney Shelton is accused of shooting and killing a delivery truck driver.
A North Carolina man wanted on murder charges in Pennsylvania was captured at a Decatur apartment on Friday, a U.S. Marshals official said.
Rodney Shelton, 37, of Elizabeth City, N.C., was arrested six months after murder warrants were obtained for his involvement in a June 2015 shooting, U.S. Marshals Inspector Frank Lempka said. Shelton allegedly shot and killed a delivery truck driver at an industrial complex, Lempka said.
Authorities believe he was staying with his girlfriend for the past three months.
Shelton was previously arrested on firearms charges in North Carolina, Lempka said.
