Four box trucks that were stolen from a Newton County landscaping business were found by a Georgia State Patrol helicopter Aug. 1, police confirmed.

The trucks, carrying equipment worth more than $120,000 according to Channel 2 Action News, were located in a field off H D Atha Road in Walton County, Covington police said in a news release. None of the equipment was found inside the trucks.

The trucks and equipment were stolen in mid-July from Great Estates Landscaping. Surveillance video showed the heist took only 20 minutes.

The owner believes the thieves were familiar with his business since they didn’t need the keys to enter the property.
