A video emerged that appears to show Caswell in a confrontation with several people in the front yard of a home, according to Channel 2.

In the video, which circulated on social media, Caswell appears to get a gun from his truck, walk back onto the property and point the gun at a man’s forehead, according to the news station.

Police told Channel 2 that Caswell was renting out the property and was in the process of evicting the tenants when the argument started.

Officials said Caswell did not adhere to an eviction timeline and violated a judge’s orders.

He is charged with pointing a gun at another and criminal trespass. Caswell was given a $2,000 bond Wednesday.
