K-9 tracks down Atlanta woman accused of leading Duluth cops on drunken chase

An Atlanta woman faces 10 charges in Gwinnett County after being accused of driving drunk, fleeing police, crashing her car and running from a K-9 unit.
Jasmine Lasha Durrett, 28, was arrested last Thursday after fleeing an attempted traffic stop, starting the entire ordeal, Duluth police Officer Ted Sadowski told AJC.com. She’s accused of leading police on a chase that ended with her crashing into a wall along Pleasant Hill Road.

Durrett then hopped out of her damaged vehicle and tried to run away through a wooded area, Sadowski said. A K-9 unit was deployed, leading to her eventual arrest.
The department posted about the incident on Facebook, crediting K-9 Clodo with tracking down Durrett.
