The front door of a northwest Atlanta CVS was destroyed early Monday after thieves tried to steal an ATM, police said.

About 4:48 a.m., Atlanta police responded to a report of a business burglary at the CVS in the 2500 block of Bolton Road.

Officers found a white van outside the business and extensive damage to the glass entrance, but no suspects.

“A manager of the store did respond and advised that there was damage to the ATM, but nothing was taken,” Officer Jarius Daugherty said in a statement. “The investigation continues.”
