Crime scene tape remains at the site of a triple shooting investigation at an apartment complex in southwest Atlanta.

A 14-year-old boy is on life support after a triple shooting early Tuesday outside a southwest Atlanta apartment complex, according to Channel 2 Action News.

Atlanta police were called to the Providence at Cascade Apartments around 12:30 a.m. They found a 19-year-old man shot in the hip and the 14-year-old shot in the lower back, police spokesman Officer Jarius Daugherty said.

Both were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital. The 19-year-old is stable, police said.

The third victim showed up at the hospital just after officers arrived at the apartment complex, which is in the 300 block of Fairburn Road. The 15-year-old victim was taken there by a family member and was in stable condition with gunshot wounds to the arm and buttocks, Daugherty said.

None of the victims have been identified.

According to police, the shooting was the result of an ongoing conflict involving another resident at the complex. One witness heard more than 20 shots after a car pulled into the community, according to Channel 2.

The investigation is ongoing.
