Two Hall County teenagers have been indicted on aggravated child molestation charges in separate cases.

One teen is facing two counts, according to the indictment handed down Wednesday. He is accused of twice performing an “immoral and indecent act” on a girl under 16 on Feb. 18. He is 14, according to a report in the Gainesville Times.

Further details were not released. Officials involved with the case could not be reached for comment.

A 13-year-old is charged with twice performing an “immoral and indecent act” around April 1, officials said. He was indicted June 5.

His alleged victims were 11 and 9 years old. The incidents were reported to a doctor, according to Kevin Holbrook of the Gainesville Police Department.

Both cases now are in Superior Court.

The district attorney’s office would not comment on either case.
