Two teenagers allegedly cased a Henry County jewelry store, then returned three days later to break in and steal tens of thousands of dollars in merchandise, authorities said.

Henry County police told Channel 2 Action News the teens smashed a window at Castle Jewelry on North Henry Boulevard in Stockbridge on June 2 and emptied out multiple cases of jewelry.

Surveillance video allegedly shows the two wearing masks and gloves while crawling through the hole in the window before running inside carrying bags.

Police told Channel 2 the footage from three days prior shows two teens shopping around the store. They did not end up buying anything. Police have said they’re persons of interest in the case.

The owner of the store told the news station he plans to move locations because he’s tired of being robbed.

An investigation is being conducted.
