A Hampton teen was killed in a Henry County subdivision Monday night.

A teenager was shot and killed Monday night in a Henry County subdivision, Hampton police said in a release. 

Jayden Parks, 18, was found with multiple gunshot wounds at the intersection of Revolutionary Drive and Betsy Ross Trail, Hampton police Chief Derrick Austin said.

Austin said Parks, who is from Hampton, was found lying in the middle of the roadway and was taken to Piedmont Henry Hospital, where he died. 

“Subjects involved in the incident immediately called 911 and met with officers near the scene,” Austin said. 

Police have not arrested a suspect in the case. 

No further details were released about the fatal shooting.
