Suspect arrested in Cobb County man’s strangling death

Cobb County authorities have arrested a 27-year-old man suspected in the fatal strangling of another man.
Police late Friday took into custody Isaiah Thomas Hunt of Marietta. He's charged with killing Mosese Munyaneza, 20, of Kennesaw. Authorities say the two got into a fight on the 400 block of Virginia Place, near Marietta. The fracas took place late Thursday or early Friday.
Sometime around 2 a.m. Friday, police said, someone dropped Munyaneza off at WellStar Kennestone Hospital. He was unresponsive, and died.
Hunt is formally charged with felony murder and aggravated assault by strangulation. Cobb County jail records showed he was being held without bond.
