Atlanta police are seeking three men in connection with a home invasion in northeast Atlanta on April 14.

About 2:40 a.m., officers met with three victims in the 1000 block of Virginia Avenue, police spokesman John Chafee said. The victims said they were sleeping when three people broke into the residence and robbed them, according to police.

“One of the victims was assaulted by the suspects,” Chafee said, “and the victims advised the suspects were asking about a safe being in the home.”

One suspect is described as 35-40 years old and about 5-foot-9. Another is described as in his mid-30s and about 6-foot-3. The third suspect is described as in his 30s and about 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-9.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers. Tipsters can remain anonymous, and be eligible for rewards of up to $2,000, by contacting 404-577-8477, texting information to 274637 or visiting crimestoppersatlanta.org.
