Two people were detained and one man was eventually arrested after a Cobb County shooting Thursday morning injured a man and triggered a response from a SWAT team.

The shooting happened just after 12:30 a.m. on Favor Road, Cobb police Sgt. Dana Pierce said.

Police later arrested 34-year-old Julius Evans at his Cobb home.

The injured man was taken to a local hospital with injuries that weren’t considered life threatening.
